Dark Ritual

Equipment
35 mm Camera -
- use at least 400 speed film.
- Make sure to tell your developer that you want all the pictures, usually the bad ones are really the "good" ones.
Digital Camera -
- make sure you have a good flash
Flashlight -
- bring spare batteries
First Aid Kit -
You never know when someone could get hurt in the dark!

Notebook or Journal -

keep pens close also because you need to keep a log of everything that happens

Video camera (optional tripod) -

- Video cameras are an important instrument for an investigation, they provide us with constant visual and audio surveillance for review and observation. The video cameras we use are equipped with night vision

- It is also very wise to invest in a infrared light extender,

which will help your camera see in the darkest places and make the best quality of video.

Tape Recorder/ Digital Voice Recorder-
-use high grade tapes with your tape recorder
-Digital Voice Recorders are probably one of the most important tools!
-Recorders have many uses for investigations, like walk troughs with the client, history, and most of all dead time, when the lights go out and the investigation starts!!
EMF Detector -

-The Electromagnetic Field Detector, also known as an EMF. With this instrument it is possible to locate and track energy sources. It is a common theory that spirits disrupt this field in such a way by higher than normal readings with this meter.
Thermometer or Thermal Scanner-
-Thermometers are an instrument that is also very useful. Rapid temperature drop of 10 degrees of more could indicate a spirit. Recommend using the infrared non contact thermometers with the K-probe attachment.
